FEBRUARY 

An emotional time for Seniors who have lost a beloved spouse, but also an opportunity to reconnect with others. Leaning into classic love songs from American cinema, Elvis, and more.

MARDI GRAS
FEB / MARCH 

"The Saints, Go Marching in", "Go to the Mardi Gras", and a healthy dose of great New Orleans jazz and boogie woogie makes for a real celebration. Wear your beads and masks, grab a drink, and join the fun!

ST. PATRICK'S DAY
MARCH 

A toe-tapping tornado of Irish music all month long! Traditional Irish fiddling, Irish ballads, and Irish dance tunes on hammered dulcimer. Featuring Lance Wagner - Midwest US Irish fiddle champion! A must-see concert. Our busiest month, book early!

MOTHER'S / FATHER'S DAY
MAY / JUNE 

A time to celebrate family, home, and the ties that bind. Songs includes "I love you, Mom", "My Old Man", and "Take me home, Country Roads". Also a brief history of the holidays and why they remain important.

MEMORIAL DAY
MAY 

A time to honor and celebrate the people in the military who have died serving their country. Songs include "God Bless America", "America", songs from the 5 branches of the US military, and more.

4TH of JULY
JULY

Celebrating the birth of our country with patriotic songs. Includes "This Land is Your Land", "It's a Grand Old Flag", "American the Beautiful", and more. Acknowledging the sacrifice made by armed service veterans.

HALLOWEEN & CELTIC NEW YEAR
OCTOBER 

Halloween is based on the ancient Celtic harvest and New Year's celebration called Samhain. We play a great set of Celtic/Irish tunes, telling the Samhain story as we go and tying it back to today's Halloween. A taste of St. Patty's Day in October.

VETERAN'S DAY
NOVEMBER 

A time to celebrate those who serve. A moving and upbeat program. Center-piece is asking residents for their tie to each service branch (Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, & Coast Guard) and singing each theme song. "America", "God Bless America", and more. 

THANKSGIVING
NOVEMBER 

A celebratory time for family and home. "Thanksgiving Song" (Mary Carpenter), "Thanksgiving Prayer" (Johnny Cash), and "Take me Home, Country Roads" help establish the vibe. Can combine with Veteran's Day thankfulness by adding patriotic songs.
